What's New

Les Shultz, Bio-Systems International's new Senior Fermentation Specialist, comes to Bio-Systems with a great deal of experience in fermentation, and excitement for the work.

Les worked with Beatrice Foods, where he was a Quality Control Technician for seven years, while starting a family of four children with his wife Deb. He later moved to Enzyme Bio-Systems (now Genencor), where he was an Operator Technician, improving production through his work in reducing fermentation contamination, rolling out ISO 9000, completing machine maintenance, and scheduling production.

Les looks forward to using what he has learned in the past, and applying it to his present work at Bio-Systems. Please help us in welcoming Les Shultz!
